Purchase and Shipping Policy Effective Date: August 14, 2025

1. Order Processing & Payment We accept major credit/debit card payments and reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to product availability, pricing errors, or payment issues. All prices are subject to change without notice.

2. Product Safety & Final Sale Due to health safety regulations for ingestible products, all dietary supplement products are FINAL SALE. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact the manufacturer directly using the contact information provided on the product packaging for return/replacement assistance. As a retailer, we facilitate sales only - all return matters are handled directly by the manufacturer.

3.Shipping & Liability

Domestic Shipping (U.S. Only)

We currently ship within the United States only.

• FREE SHIPPING on all orders of $80 or more
• $6.80 flat rate for orders under $80
• Shipping Method: USPS Ground Advantage
• Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days (after processing)

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Liability

Once your package is handed over to USPS and a tracking number is provided, we are no longer liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. Please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for any shipping inquiries after your order has been dispatched.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local post office or neighbors before contacting us.

4. Dispute Resolution Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. Waiver of class action participation rights.
